One of my strongest beliefs about sport psychology is that our roles have been unnecessarily confined and undervalued - in part because we focus on very narrow aspects of the job ourselves.
Most practitioners I know want to feel more connected to their teams, more involved in the organization and more impactful, but then dedicate a disproportionate amount of their time to work they can’t talk about: 1-1 services.
